本设备用于铝合金产品初加工后的去应力和时效处理，可用于消除铝合金零件内部的残余应力，提高铝合金产品的强度和硬度。本设备采用热风加热，热处理件在炉内以连续运动方式进行传输和生产。
The equipment is used for the stress relief and aging treatment of the alu-minum alloy after the initial processing. It can be used to eliminate the re-sidual stress in the aluminum alloy parts and improve the strength andhardness of the aluminum alloy products.The equipment is heated by hotair, and the heat treatment parts are transported and produced continu-ously in the furnace.

PRODUCT FEATURES
1.采用热风主动循环方式，提高了传热效率及炉气温度的均匀性，炉内工件实体温差精度可控制在±3℃以内;
2采用PID闭环控制方式，升温均匀、控温稳定，节能效果好。
3.炉体采用绝热夹层结构，中间衬入绝热纤维，并在纤维层间加入铝箔，用于降低热能的辐射耗散，且显著提高炉体气密性，减少热量损失。
4.本炉具可处理轮毂、气缸、汽缸盖、进气歧管、泵体等各种铝合金部件。
