铝水转运包预热器主要用于铝水转运包加热，避免冷的转运包被熔融金属急剧加热而损坏，亦可防止冷的转运包降低金属熔液的温度，防止金属粘连，延长转运包使用寿命。预热器主要由主架、升降气缸、吊架、加热上盖、燃烧机（电热式为加热管)、气氛检测针、电控箱等组成，控温准确，加热速度快。
