炬鼎LGA/×CP系列除气机/除气站由电机带动浸入转运包铝水中的石墨转子旋转，同时向铝水中导入高纯氮气(或氩气)和精炼剂。铝水与氮气、精炼剂在石墨转子的旋转作用下达到除气、除渣和精炼的目的。
LGA /XCP series of degassing machine/station has a Graphite rotor im-mersed in molten aluminium driven by motor, Ilt introduce high purity ni-trogen (or argon) and refining agent to aluminum liquid at the same time.With the rotation of the graphite rotor,the molten aluminum,nitrogenand refining agent achieve the purpose of degassing, slag removal and re-fining.

PRODUCT FEATURES
1、可有效去除铝水中的有害气体(主要是氢)和氧化物，兼具气体精炼和熔剂精炼二者的长处。
2、金属损耗少，采用合适的熔剂精炼后，溶体表面的浮渣量少且松散；极少发生包裹金属的现象。拔渣时带出的金属量小。
3、具有防坠落机构、精炼剂料位检测、气路泄漏检测等保护系统
4、专门的精炼剂送料机构，准确控制送料数量，供料均匀。
5、机架下设有行走轮，人工推动转向轻便平稳，便于在多个除气对象间转移。
