本设备可提高压铸车间的汤液输送的效率和安全性，同时降低工人劳动强度、减少人力成本，提高生产效率，改善铝汤品质。同时可使车间更加整齐美观，实现现代化的压铸车间管理。
轨道式自动配汤系统尤适用于高安全要求的锌、铝压铸车间。
本设备作为压铸车间自动配汤之用,主要由配汤主机、型钢轨道、电控柜、控制线路等四部分组成。
当配汤机收到压铸机边保温炉料液不足信号时,依照先后顺序从中央炉取熔汤配送至缺料机台保温炉。
熔汤配送完成后主机返回待机位置,等待下一次的配汤信号。
本设备每套可供应6-16台压铸机保温炉，全程自动化运行，工作效率高、工作稳定故障率低，可有效降低生产成本，改善车间环境。

This equipment is used with automatic casting workshop, it is mainlycomposed of mainframe, steel rail, electric control cabinet, control cir-cuit. when it receives the die holder's heat preservation and the stockliquid insufficient signal,according to the order, from the central fur-nace takes the melt soup to deliver to the missing material machineheat preservation furnace.After the completion of the melt metal dis-tribution, the host will return to the standby position and wait for thenext soup signal.The equipment can supply 6-16 sets of die-castingmachine，insulation furnace,automatic operation,high efficiency,stable work, low failure rate lt can effectively reduce production costs,improve the workshop environment.
