GR系列电热式绀塌炉

炬鼎GR系列电热式绀竭炉采用栅型加热带，通过结构固定于炉壁上，相比老式置于搁丝砖上的螺旋形加热丝，有效辐射增加25%，更高效节能。
可换绀竭的形式大大简化了更换铝合金牌号的步骤。碳化硅石墨绀蜗强度高、耐侵蚀，对强烈侵蚀普通耐火浇注料的铝合金牌号具有良好的耐受性，不易结瘤。
设备各部位材料均采用国内外知名品牌，安全，寿命长久，更长的无故障时间降低了压铸零件的平均成本，为用户创造更大价值。

GR series electrothermal crucible furnace adopts grid type heatingbelt,which is fixed on the furnace wall by patent structure.Comparedwith the old spiral heating wire placed on the shelf brick,theeffective radiation increases by 250%，which is more efficient andenergy-saving.
The form of a replaceable crucible greatly simplifies the process of re-placing the aluminium alloy grades produced.Silicon carbide graph-ite crucible has high strength and corrosion resistance. It has good resis-tance to aluminum alloy which strongly corrodes common refractorycastable. It is not easy to knot.

电力调整:根据熔炉工作状况自动改变供电功率，节约电能的同时可有效延长电热丝寿命。
保温盖子:取消回火烟囱后，为炉子增加了保温盖子，加速熔解，减少氧化，减少热量散发，改善车间环境。
选装配置
OPTIONAL CONFIGURATION
导料装置:如主要使用回炉小料，可将盖子替换成导料斗,方便加料。

自选绀竭:可由用户指定绀蜗，定制炉体尺寸。
