1.炉衬使用抗铝液渗透材料整体浇铸，无地竭设计，使用年限大于五年。
2.配置平焰燃烧器，火焰不接触铝液，依靠热辐射加热铝液，铝液烧损低。
3.配置高效烟气热交换器，回收烟气余热，低碳环保，进—步降低能耗。
4.铝液温度准确控制，浮动范围在±3℃以内，双重联锁温控避免超温，有效保护炉衬、提高铝液品质。
5.炉衬采用特种保温材料，有效降低炉壁温度，炉壁平均温升25℃以下。
6.可选用天然气、液化气等多种燃气作为能源。
7.炉盖气动开闭，方便出渣作业，自动化程度高，运行稳定安全。
